Can I get a free trial?
We offer three-month pilot programs for teams who want to see if enterprise accounts are right for them. These pilot programs include your first microapp designed by one of our partner agencies so your team can fully experience the way Tiled could work for them. Because of the labor involved in design work, the pilot program does have a cost, but the price will be put toward your first year subscription.
Are there any requirements to use Tiled?
You’ll need a modern web browser and an internet connection to use our web app to access the builder, user management, and complete analytics. Microapps can be downloaded for offline viewing on our iOS and Android applications.
How will I be billed?
Your Tiled subscription with be billed annually or monthly in advance as a recurring credit card payment unless otherwise cancelled or terminated as per our terms of service.
Who counts as a user? How many do I get? Can I add more?
A user is someone you have invited and has signed in to your Tiled account. Enterprise plans start at 25 users, but can always be expanded.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade your plan or add on additional users or supplementary features at any time. You may cancel your plan in accordance with our terms of services.
Do I need to input my credit card information for a free account?
Nope! Only if you’re adding on supplementary features, upgrading to an enterprise plan, or beginning a paid pilot.
Will my data and information stored in Tiled be private and secure?

What happens to my data if I stop using Tiled?
That is a very good question. I’m sure Salil has the answer.
What is the difference between standard and priority support?
Standard support is available for all plans in our help center at support.tiled.co or by emailing email@example.com. Enterprise customers will receive specialized guidance from our success team and prioritized query response times.
What features will be included in my plan?
To view a catalog of all our current and upcoming features, browse our feature guide microapp. Enterprise plans include all features with the exception of user-specific add-ons like integrations and white labels.
