Proof of concept (POC) projects are provided to clients who request to see an example of branded Interactive Content. The scope included for a POC project is up to 7 pages/slides, regardless of the number of materials provided. The steps below detail the process that is followed for each project.

  1. The Seismic CSM or Sales contact reaches out to the Interactive Content team to confirm that they would like a POC created and provides their use case (content, wireframe, and company branded guidelines/fonts).

  3. Our Interactive Content (IC) Solution Consultant (SC) resource, Jameson Rose, will review the use case and reach out to our VP of Commercial Operations, Carmen Seep, for approval to proceed with the POC.  Once confirmed, the SC will determine whether Seismic, Tiled or Slide Genius will perform the work.
  4. If it is determined that Seismic will perform the work, the Project Manager (PM), Taylor Davis, will work with the SC to confirm the expected delivery date and provide that to the Seismic contact.  The estimated timeline for most POC projects is 2 weeks.  Once completed, the PM will deliver the POC to the Seismic contact to provide to the client.
  5. If it is determined that a vendor will perform the work, the SC will reach out to the vendor to provide the use case, due date, and any other helpful details to enable them to begin the work.  The estimated timeline for the majority of POC projects is 2 weeks.
  6. The vendor will then provide Seismic with an estimate of the LOE in the form of an SOW for the VP of Commercial Operations to sign.  Once the SOW is executed, the vendor will confirm the estimated completion date for the POC and relay that to the PM.  The PM will provide the information to the Seismic CSM or Sales contact to communicate to the client.
  7. Once the POC has been completed, the vendor will send the interactive content to the Seismic PM.  The PM will provide it to the Seismic contact to then send to the client.  
  8. The vendor will submit an invoice for 100% of the SOW amount upon completion.
