Copy a page you have already built and paste it somewhere else: elsewhere in the same microapp, into a different adaptive format, or into an entirely different microapp. Sub-pages travel with the page automatically, so nested content does not need to be copied separately. Available in Builder 2.0. Overlays are not supported.

Place a PDF directly on a microapp page instead of converting it into separate pages. Viewers scroll through the document continuously, or move through it one page at a time with a set starting page. The original convert-to-pages workflow remains available for cases where the whole PDF should become the microapp.

Add a new page by pulling one or more pre-built pages in from a template microapp rather than starting blank, including pages from more than one template in a single insert. Pairs with a library of internal template microapps holding reusable layouts such as cover and contact pages.

A Share Links section on the Overall Engagement page collects share link activity across the library. Filter by date, library, and microapp, then export the result to a file.

Personalization has moved out of Edit mode and into its own dedicated space in the Builder, with its own toolbar, its own Layers, Assets, Overlays, and Components panels, and device previews for desktop, tablet, and phone. A summary panel shows how many tiles are personalized versus static, answering at a glance how much of a microapp is set up for personalization without clicking through every tile.

A redesigned library-level engagement view brings summary stats with period-over-period comparison, a session trend chart, active users over time, a share-type breakdown, recent activity, and top-performing microapps onto one page. The previous layout remains available as Classic view.
